Terms and Conditions for OKipos - Fruit and Veg Online Sales and Delivery
Welcome to OKipos! By placing an order for our fruit and vegetable delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities as our valued customer.
1. Delivery Areas
OKipos currently delivers to the following Whyalla postcodes:
- 5600
- 5608
- 5609
- 5601 (Port Bonython/Point Lowly)
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
2. Delivery Fees
- Free Delivery: Orders over $50 qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery: A delivery fee of $5 applies to orders under $50 within postcodes 5600, 5608, and 5609.
- Delivery to 5601: A flat fee of $10 is applicable.
3. Delivery Schedule
- Standard Delivery Day: Deliveries are made every Tuesday, unless an alternative arrangement has been specified and agreed upon with OKipos.
4. Delivery Procedure
- If the Recipient is Not Home: If you are not available to accept the delivery, our team will leave your items in a secure and discrete location at your property. Once the items have been left at your premises, the risk for any loss or damage passes to you. OKipos is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to your specified address.
5. Reporting Issues
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Please check your order upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to OKipos by 5:00 PM on the day of delivery. Contact details for reporting issues are available on our website or in your order confirmation email.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 6pm the Sunday prior to the scheduled delivery day. Changes or cancellations requested after this time may not be accommodated. Products may be substituted for similar items. In the instance where the substituted item is cheaper, the difference will be made up of extra quantity.
7. Product Availability
- All items are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure we have all products in stock, certain items may be unavailable due to seasonal variations or supply constraints. In such cases, OKipos reserves the right to substitute items with similar products of equivalent value where possible.
8. Payments
- Payments must be made online via our secure payment platforms. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods, including Stripe and PayPal.
9. Refunds and Returns
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact OKipos within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with any part of your order. Items that are found to be damaged or of poor quality may be eligible for a refund or replacement, at OKipos's discretion.
10. Liability
- OKipos will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
11. Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details are provided at the time of ordering. OKipos is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations.
12. Privacy
- OKipos respects your privacy. We only collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
13. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
